Except for transfers, employment with Vancouver Home Health Care Agency is considered on a trial (introductory) basis for the first three months of employment. This trial period is used to evaluate your performance and determine your eligibility for employee benefits.

Eligibility for Benefits:

After completing the 90-day probationary period, employees are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package.
